Here's the good news: You can tame your mind by practicing patience, forgiveness, gratitude and compassion. Or in other words,
you can tame your mind by practicing Love.

My name is Alexander De Jordy, I'm a Become Love Coach. I can teach you how to practice patience, forgiveness, gratitude and compassion every day so you can become the most Loving version of yourself and live in peace. And then together, we can help humanity do the same.

Your Training Plan will help us understand, among many other things:

Your old code exercises will show how you get stuck in unconscious behaviour by trying to satisfy your ego, and what exactly that behaviour looks like, so we can plan to override these

unhelpful unconscious thoughts and actions with conscious, Loving behaviour.

Who/What Triggers Your Old Code

These exercises will reveal exactly who and what triggers unconscious behaviour in you, so we can use these triggers to write intentional Love practices you can practice throughout the day.

Why You Want This

This work is really hard. You will get discouraged and lose interest. Everyone struggles with taming the mind. You need to write yourself motivational reminders of why you want to become the most Loving version of yourself—for when you forget and want to give up.​​​

The Log is going to be what we work on each time we meet.

We'll spend 30 minutes making you a weekly PLAN:

Your PLAN pages set goals and intentions for the week. Together, we'll identify exactly what you want to work on, and I'll guide you through actionable practices to achieve those goals. This is also where we can review the technical aspects of practices like sit-down and stand-up meditation.

Then, throughout the week, you'll log how your practices—both successes and failures—using the LOG pages:

Then, the next time we meet, we'll look at your REVIEW pages and use them to write you a new PLAN.

Each time we meet, we'll REVIEW, LOG and PLAN; plus we'l chat, commiserate and grow together. This is how, slowly, through incremental practice, you'll become a more Loving person.

Overthinking happens when we can't tell our mind to "shut up!" Happiness is temporary. Then it fades, and you need something else to make you temporarily happy. What you really want is to be at peace—which feels joyful. Joyful peace is long-lasting. But very few of us know how to get there. Become Love coaching can show you how to joyfully live every second of your life.

KEEP THESE IN MIND

Become Love Coaching is not traditional self-help.

Traditional self-help is good at telling you What you need to do. You need to change your behaviour. But it's thin on telling you How to do that. Telling you to stop checking your phone so much does not, in fact, teach you how to stop looking at your phone. Become Love Coaching is all about How. You will learn a straightforward set of actionable exercises you can practice throughout the day to incrementally change your behaviour. That's why The Become Love Program works. Because practice makes better.

Become Love Coaching is not therapy.

A therapist will help you unravel the narratives of your mind—perhaps even diagnose your mind. But whether you have a diagnosis or not, you're left with the challenge of actually changing your mind's behaviour that's causing you pain and suffering. Become Love Coaching gives you a powerful set of tools to change your mind's thoughts and actions so you can become the most Loving version of yourself. So don't think of Become Love Coaching as a way of diagnosing the mind; think of it as a way of controlling the mind.

Become Love Coaching is science-backed but not science-focused.

By repeatedly practicing patience, forgiveness, gratitude and compassion, 

The Become Love Program leverages our brain's neuroplasticity to potentiate the nervous system—strengthen synapses—making Loving behaviour your new default. But you don't have to be a neuroscientist to practice Love. The fact is, by practicing being in control of your thoughts and actions you slowly change how your brain works. If it helps you to think of this as a scientific process, great! But it's not necessary. Either way, it is happening, and we don't need to get bogged down by the technical side to benefit from the effects. Let the neuroscientists do the research. You just focus on practicing Love.

Become Love Coaching is religiously-neutral, apolitical and anti-excuse.

It doesn't matter what you believe, or who you vote for, or why you think you can't change—Become Love Coaching is for everyone. No need to develop a new set of beliefs or change any strongly held opinions. All you have to do is add practicing Love to who you already are. We all have the potential to tame our mind and BECOME LOVE. We're just so lost and distracted we forgot it's possible. But it is possible. In fact, it's the reason you're on this planet. So come as you are. All humans welcome.
